25. REVISIONS TO POLICY B7020 - ATTORNEY LOAN REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance policy B7020, effective March 28, 2017, as approved by the County Manager. These revisions removed reimbursements under the program being subject to deductions by the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS). This policy was originally approved by the Board on February 24, 2010 (C-49-10-035-6-00), and modified on April 24, 2013 (C-31-13-015-6-00) and on December 9, 2015 (C-16-016-6-00). The County Manager approved the modifications contained current version of the policy on March 28, 2017. (C-06-18-392-6-00)
