3. SET PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING ON THE MARICOPA COUNTY FY 2011 BUDGET Set a public hearing pursuant to A . R . S . § 42-17103, for June 21, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. in the Supervisors Conference Room, 301 W. Jefferson, 10th floor, Phoenix, Arizona, to receive public comment on the FY2011 Tentative Budget which was adopted May 24th, 2010, on any proposed changes to that Tentative Budget and on the proposed tax levy. Also, pursuant to A . R . S . §§ 42-17103, 42-17104, and 42-17105, set a Special Meeting for June 21, 2010, immediately following the public hearing, at the Supervisors Conference Room 301 W. Jefferson, 10th floor, Phoenix Arizona to adopt the final budget for FY2011. Also, pursuant to A . R . S . §§ 42-17103 and 42-17151, provide notice that the Board of Supervisors will meet in the Supervisors Conference Room, 10th Floor, 301 W. Jefferson St. Phoenix, AZ at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 16, 2010 for the purpose of making tax levies as set forth in the estimate of amounts required to meet the public expense for the ensuing year and to fix and determine the required primary and secondary tax rates.
