F-1. PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FY 2011 TENTATIVE BUDGET Convene a public hearing to hear taxpayers who may wish to comment on the Flood Control District FY 2011 Tentative Budget, which was adopted May 24, 2010 in the amount of $97,952,086 by total appropriation for each fund and function for the Flood Control District, and on the proposed tax levy. This amount represents no net change from the Tentative Adopted budget of $97,952,086. On January 11, 2010 the Board of Directors approved the policy guidelines that the District used to prepare and submit its budget. The budget request was extensively reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In coordination with the County Manager, the Flood Control District FY 2011 Tentative Budget was presented to the Board of Directors and adopted on May 24, 2010. (C-49-10-059-2-00)
