3. FY 2011 MARICOPA COUNTY CAPITAL FREEZE POLICY Approve the FY 2011 Capital Freeze Policy. The FY 2011 Capital Freeze Policy is necessary due to continuing fiscal constraints. The updated policy clarifies the exemption process, clarifies that restrictions are applicable only to items costing $1,000 or more, and removes references to the Technology Financing Program.
