F-6. PURCHASE OF 4X4 PICK-UP VEHICLE AND ADDITION TO FLEET Approve Flood Control District of Maricopa County’s request to purchase a new 4x4 Pick-up Vehicle. This vehicle to be utilized by the Flood Control District of Maricopa County's (District) Mapping & Surveying Branch. The total cost of the vehicle is estimated to be $41,500.00. Funding provision for the proposed vehicle acquisition is contained within the District's FY 2011 Operating Budget. Approval of this purchase constitutes a “permanent” addition to the existing District Fleet. The District will coordinate with Equipment Services to procure this vehicle in accordance with agenda item C-49-10-070-2-00, approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 21, 2010.This agenda item impacts all Supervisory Districts.
