6. AMENDMENT TO THE FY 2010-11 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN In accordance with A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2010-11 Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan: 1. Rename the “Grace Court III” project to “Sheriff’s Office HQ,” and increase the FY2010-11 expenditure authority in Non Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Sheriff’s Office HQ (SOHQ) from zero to $12,750,000; 2. Decrease the FY2010-11 expenditure authority in Non-Departmental (470) General Fund County Improvement Fund (445) Project Reserve (PRSA) in the amount of $12,750,000.
