26. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGES Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for David Benton and Thomas Curran, unclassified Senior Counsel Attorneys in the department of General Litigation, effective July 12, 2010. If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 78 hours of vacation leave into Mr. Curran's leave balances and 70 hours of vacation leave into Mr. Benton’s leave balances effective July 12, 2010.
