A-1. EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS PURSUANT TO ARS 38-749 In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following FY2010-11 expenditure appropriation adjustments: a) Transfer expenditure authority in the amount of $824,515 within Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) from Contingency (4711) to Other Programs (4712) creating a new line “ASRS Liability.” b) Transfer expenditure authority in the amount of $12,785 within Non Departmental (470) Detention Fund (255) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) from Contingency (4711) to Other Programs (4712) creating a new line “ASRS Liability.” c) Increase the County Attorney (190) County Attorney Fill the Gap Fund (221) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $33,885. d) Increase the Planning and Development (440) Planning and Development Fees Fund (226) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $80,889. e) Increase the Public Works (910) Transportation Operations Fund (232) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $285,007. f) Increase the Sheriff (500) Inmate Services Fund (252) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $9,262. g) Increase the Air Quality (850) Air Quality Fees Fund (504) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $15,462. h) Increase the Environmental Services (880) Environmental Services Environmental Health Fund (506) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $7,660. i) Increase the Materials Management (730) Reprographics Fund (673) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $51,440. j) Increase the Public Works (910) Public Works Flood Control Fund (988) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $44,300. k) Decrease the Non Departmental (470) Grant Fund (249) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) expenditure appropriation by $527,905. The net impact to the County is zero. Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-749 which was amended in 2009, these actions are necessary to fund the Arizona State Retirement System for the Post Employment Health Plan Enhancement Program.
