22. MARICOPA COUNTY EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION APPEALS POLICY REVISIONS Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Employee Compensation Appeals Policy effective December 15, 2010. The Maricopa County Employee Compensation Appeals Policy (B7019) dated December 15, 2010, simplifies the process for an employee to request a review of his/her relevant experience credited in a market study and replaces HR2433 (Employee Compensation Appeals Policy) which was approved by the County Manager on February 6, 2008 and subsequently revised on February 27, 2008. This policy also replaces all previous employee compensation appeals policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager. (C-49-11-025-6-00)
