23. MARICOPA COUNTY EMPLOYEE GAINSHARING POLICY REVISIONS Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Employee Gainsharing Policy effective December 15, 2010. The Maricopa County Employee Gainsharing Policy (B7008) dated December 15, 2010, cleans-up the language from the previous policy and replaces the Employee Gainsharing Programs Policy (HR2419) which was issued in July 2002 and last revised in July 2003. This policy also replaces all previous employee gainsharing programs, policies, and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager. (C-49-11-026-6-00)
