31. MARICOPA COUNTY MARKET RANGE TITLE REVIEW AND ADJUSTMENT POLICY Approve the new Maricopa County Market Range Title Review and Adjustment Policy effective December 15, 2010. The Maricopa County Market Range Title Review and Adjustment Policy (B7003) dated December 15, 2010, outlines the process for departments to request a review of a position’s assigned MRT and replaces all previous market range title review and adjustment policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager. 48. REPLACE MARICOPA COUNTY MARKET RANGE TITLE REVIEW AND ADJUSTMENT POLICY (B7003) WITH MARICOPA COUNTY RECLASSIFICATION POLICY HR2478 Approve the Maricopa County Reclassification Policy (HR2478) effective as of date of Board approval. This policy replaces Maricopa County Market Range Title Review and Adjustment Policy (B7003). This policy applies to all employees of Maricopa County elected offices and appointed departments as well as the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, the Maricopa County Library District, and the Maricopa County Stadium District (Special Districts). These revisions rename the policy to Reclassification, which follows the industry standard term for job content-based salary evaluations, renumber the policy to HR2478 in the Human Resources policy series, remove outdated language, update definitions, and rearrange policy language for consistency with the current policy format. Policy B7003 was originally approved by the Board on December 15, 2010 (C-49-11-030-6-00) and revised on December 9, 2015 (C-31-16-016-6-00). (C-31-19-005-6-00)
