27. MARICOPA COUNTY PAY DIFFERENTIALS POLICY REVISIONS Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Pay Differentials Policy effective December 15, 2010. The Maricopa County Pay Differentials Policy (B7004) dated December 15, 2010, modifies how pay differentials are administered and replaces HR2416 (Pay Differentials Policy) which was issued in July 1999. This policy will be effective when the County changes to the new HRIS (ADP) and also replaces all previous pay differential policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager. 31. MARICOPA COUNTY PAY DIFFERENTIALS POLICY REVISIONS Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Pay Differentials Policy effective November 30, 2011. The Maricopa County Pay Differentials Policy (B7004) dated November 30, 2011, modifies the Correctional Health Shift Differential and Correctional Day Off Differential by updating the Market Range Titles that can use these differentials and extends the Correctional Health Shift Differential from 7 am to 7:30 am. This policy replaces all previous pay differential policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager previously on 12/15/2010 (C-49-11-032-6-00). 39. MARICOPA COUNTY PAY DIFFERENTIALS POLICY REVISIONS Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Pay Differentials Policy effective June 19, 2013. Human Resources recommends changing the hours applicable to the Correctional Health Care Shift Differential from 7 pm to 7:30 am to 6 pm to 8 am. This action is consistent with the Maricopa County Compensation Plan (B7000), Multilingual Pay Policy (B7005), and Pay Differentials Policy (B7004). This policy was originally issued in July 1999 and subsequently approved by the Board on December 15, 2010 (C-49-11-032-6-00), November 30, 2011 (C-49-12-031-6-00), and May 9, 2012 (C-49-11-032-6-01). This policy replaces all previous pay differential policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager. (C-49-11-032-6-02)
