29. MARICOPA COUNTY SALARY ADVANCEMENT POLICY Approve the new Maricopa County Salary Advancement Policy effective December 15, 2010. The Maricopa County Salary Advancement Policy (B7002) dated December 15, 2010, outlines the County’s process for salary advancements and replaces all previous salary advancement policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager.
