30. MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL WORK ASSIGNMENT POLICY REVISIONS Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Special Work Assignment Policy effective December 15, 2010. The Maricopa County Special Work Assignment Policy (B7001) dated December 15, 2010, cleans-up the language from the previous policy and revises B7001 (Special Work Assignment Policy) which was issued in March 2006. This policy also replaces all previous special work assignment policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager. (C-49-11-035-6-00)

54. MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL WORK ASSIGNMENT POLICY REVISION Approve a revision to the Maricopa County Special Work Assignment (SWA) Policy (HR2475) effective June 27, 2018. This revision clarifies and simplifies the policy’s language, removes the fiscal year renewal requirement, allows temporary employees to receive an SWA, and removes the requirement for employees to be in their positions for at least 6 months. This policy applies to all Maricopa County elected offices and appointed departments as well as the Flood Control District, the Library District, and the Stadium District. This policy was originally approved by the Board on March 1, 2006 and was revised on December 15, 2010 (C-49-11-035-6-00). This revision replaces all previous special work assignment policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and the County Manager. (C-31-18-054-6-00)
