14. MARICOPA COUNTY HOURS WORKED AND OVERTIME POLICY Approve the new Maricopa County Hours Worked and Overtime Policy effective January 26, 2011. The Maricopa County Hours Worked and Overtime Policy (B7006) dated January 26, 2011, outlines the County’s compliance with federal and state hours worked and overtime laws and replaces all previous hours worked and overtime policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager. 21. MARICOPA COUNTY HOURS WORKED AND OVERTIME POLICY REVISIONS Approve the revisions t o the Maricopa County Hours Worked and Overtime Policy effective September 14, 2011. The Maricopa County Hours Worked and Overtime Policy (B7006) dated September 14, 2011, includes a section for employees’ concerns regarding the policy and outlines the County’s compliance with federal and state hours worked and overtime laws. This policy replaces the Maricopa County Hours Worked and Overtime Policy approve by the Board on January 26, 2011 (C-49-11-043-6-00) and all previous hours worked and overtime policies and revisions approved by the Board of Supervisor and/or the County Manager.
