26. EXCEPTION TO ATTORNEY LOAN REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM POLICY Approve an exception to the Maricopa County Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance Program Policy (B7020) to allow Rebekah Francis to continue to participate in this program. In 2010, Rebekah Francis was hired as a Policy and Compliance Attorney. Her job offer included her ability to participate in the Attorney Loan Repayment Assistance Program. With recent changes to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office Civil Division, Rebekah will no longer function as an Attorney. This exception will allow the County to adhere to her job offer by allowing her to continue to participate in this program. (C-49-11-073-6-00)
