L-1. ADOPTION OF THE LIBRARY DISTRICTY FY 2012 BUDGET Approve the Library District FY 2012 Budget in the amount of $24,564,950 by total appropriation for each fund and function for the Library District. This amount represents a $33,000 increase from the FY 2012 Tentative Adopted budget of $24,531,950. Also, pursuant to A.R.S. 48-252, submit a copy of the Library District’s FY 2012 Final Budget to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Maricopa County Treasurer. On December 13, 2010 the Board of Directors approved the policy guidelines that the District used to prepare and submit its budget. The budget request was extensively reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In coordination with the County Manager, the Library District FY 2012 Tentative Budget was presented to the Board of Directors and adopted on May 23, 2011. (C-49-11-089-M-00)
