I-1. PUBLIC HEARING ON COUNTY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS FY 2012 BUDGETS Pursuant to A.R.S. § §48-954 and 42-17104, convene a Public Hearing to receive public comment on the FY 2012 Tentative Budgets for the County Improvement Districts as set forth in the FY 2012 County Improvement District Budget Schedules entitled “District Assessment Special Districts” and “Street Lighting Improvement District Levies” which were adopted on May 23, 2011, any proposed changes to those Tentative Budgets, and on the proposed tax levies. The attached “Direct Assessment Special Districts” and “Street Lighting Improvement District Levies” budgets have been submitted by the Department of Finance. (C-49-11-092-M-00)
