29. SCHEDULE OF PREMIUM PAY RATES FY 2011-12 Authorize the FY 2011-12 Schedule of Premium Pay Rates applicable to all employees paid through the Maricopa County payroll system. This action is consistent with the Maricopa County Compensation Plan (B7000), Multilingual Pay Policy (B7005), and Pay Differentials Policy (B7004). The FY 2011-12 Schedule of Premium Pay Rates is Employee Compensation's recommendation for premium pay to begin June 27, 2011. AMEND THE FY 2011-12 SCHEDULE OF PREMIUM PAY RATES Amend the FY 2011-12 Schedule of Premium Pay Rates, effective July 25, 2011, applicable to all employees paid through the Maricopa County payroll system. This schedule was originally approved by the Board on June 22, 2011. Employee Compensation recommends the addition of the Medical Examiner’s Day Off Differential. This action is consistent with the Maricopa County Compensation Plan (B7000), Multilingual Pay Policy (B7005), and Pay Differentials Policy (B7004). (C-49-11-094-6-01)

AMEND THE FY 2011-12 SCHEDULE OF PREMIUM PAY RATES Amend the FY 2011-12 Schedule of Premium Pay Rates applicable to all employees paid through the Maricopa County payroll system to begin November 30, 2011. This schedule was originally approved by the Board on June 22, 2011 (C-49-11-094-6-00) and amended on August 3, 2011 (C-49-11-094-6-01). Employee Compensation recommends revision of the Correctional Health Care Shift Differential and Day Off Differential by updating the Market Range Titles that can use these differentials and extending the Correctional Health Shift Differential from 7 am to 7:30 am. This action is consistent with the Maricopa County Compensation Plan (B7000), Multilingual Pay Policy (B7005), and Pay Differentials Policy (B7004). (C-49-11-094-6-02)
