I-1. FY 2012 STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT AND SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PROPERTY TAX LEVIES Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-955, the Board of Supervisors resolves that for each of the County Improvement Districts listed on the schedules referenced herein, based on the budget duly adopted by each of the County Improvement Districts, it fixes and determines the Tax Year 2011 tax levy and/or tax rate for each County Improvement District per the FY 2012 Budget Schedules entitled “District Assessment of Special Districts” and “Street Lighting Improvement Districts Levies.” • Tentative Budget Adoption: May 23, 2011 • Public Hearing: June 20, 2011 • Final Budget Adoption: June 20, 2011 (C-49-12-003-M-00)
