28. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS (AOC) RISK MANAGEMENT CHARGES In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following FY2011-12 expenditure appropriation adjustments: a) Reduce the Adult Probation (110) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) expenditure appropriation by $162,876; b) Reduce the Clerk of the Superior Court (160) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) expenditure appropriation by $67,304; c) Reduce the Juvenile Probation (270) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) expenditure appropriation by $142,449; d) Reduce the Superior Court (800) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) expenditure appropriation by $127,631. Approval of this action will require an appropriation adjustment increasing the Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) 4711 Contingency budget by $500,260. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. Following adoption of the Maricopa County FY 2012 budget, the Administrative Office of the Courts announced that FY 2012 risk management charges to Maricopa County have been reduced by $500,260, to a total of $957,640. Upon Board approval, associated County appropriations will be reduced by $500,260. (C-49-12-009-2-00)
