26. AMENDMENT TO FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the Non-Departmental (470) FY 2012 Budget and the Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan: Transfer the expenditure appropriation in the Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) Sheriff 911 Center Equipment (S911) to the Non Departmental Grant Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the amount of $44,892. This action reconciles the total project budget due to an increase in FY 2011 expenditures from the FY 2011 Forecast and retains a project total of $8,250,000. Transfer the expenditure appropriation in the Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) from the Sheriff 911 Center Equipment (S911) project to the Sheriff Headquarters Project Information Technology Infrastructure (SHQI) project in the amount of $8,063,108. This action reduces the Sheriff 911 Center Equipment (S911) project total to $186,892 and increases the Sheriff Headquarters Project Information Technology Infrastructure (SHQI) to $12,284,042. This action combines the two IT projects, less the expenditures incurred in S911 in FY 2011, and allows the IT Infrastructure and Equipment to be approached as one integrated project. Transfer the expenditure appropriation in the General Fund County Improvement (445) from the Sheriff Headquarters Project (SHQP) project to the Sheriff Headquarters Project Information Technology Infrastructure (SHQI) project in the amount of $6,536,440. This action reduces the Sheriff Headquarters Project (SHQP) project total to $57,463,560, in Fund 445, and increases the Sheriff Headquarters Project Information Technology Infrastructure (SHQI) to $18,820,482. This action transfers the IT portion of the Headquarter Project budget to the consolidated Sheriff Headquarters IT project and allows the IT Infrastructure and Equipment to be approached as one integrated project. This action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. These actions will have a County-wide impact of $0 in FY 2012 and will allow these projects to be completed as designed. (C-49-12-021-2-00)
