28. SALARY ADVANCEMENT Approve a salary advancement for Rocky Armfield, Risk Management Director, effective September 19, 2011. This salary advancement will adjust Mr. Armfield’s base rate from $60.27 ($125,362) to $63.47 ($132,018). Mr. Armfield was offered a job outside the County and this salary advancement is needed to retain him as he is critical to the County’s Risk Management Department. (C-49-12-024-6-00)
