F-1. FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FY 2013 BUDGETING FOR RESULTS GUIDELINES AND PRIORITIES Approve the "Flood Control District FY 2013 Budgeting for Results Guidelines and Priorities." The purpose of these guidelines and priorities is to provide direction from the Board of Directors to the County Manager, Office of Management and Budget and District staff so that they can develop a sustainable, structurally-balanced budget that achieves, within available resources, the District’s mission and strategic goals as set forth in the Flood Control District Strategic Business Plan.
