20. TRANSFER EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION FOR SOUTH COURT TOWER RADIOS AND VIDEO Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2012 expenditure appropriation of $67,500 within Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) from the Contingency (4711) Unreserved Contingency line to a new Other Programs (4712) line entitled “Court Tower Equipment." Also pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), transfer FY 2012 expenditure appropriation of $700,000 within Non-Departmental (470) Detention Fund (255) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001) from the Contingency (4711) Unreserved Contingency line to a new Other Programs (4712) line entitled “Court Tower Equipment.” With the opening of the County’s new South Court Tower, additional radios are needed in order to allow for communication among Court Security personnel. Also, additional video retention hardware is needed to maintain an adequate record of security footage. (C-49-12-047-M-00)
