F-3. PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FY 2013 TENTATIVE BUDGET Convene a public hearing to hear taxpayers who may wish to comment on the Flood Control District FY 2013 Tentative Budget which was adopted May 21, 2012, on any proposed changes and on the proposed tax levy. The changes result in a budget of $84,124,369 which is a $899,562 decrease from the Tentative budget of $85,023,931. On December 12, 2011, the Board of Directors approved the policy guidelines that the District used to prepare and submit its budget. The budget request was extensively reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In coordination with the County Manager, the Flood Control District FY 2013 Tentative Budget was presented to the Board of Directors and adopted on May 21, 2012. (C-49-12-083-2-00)
