F-1. ADOPTION OF THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FY 2013 BUDGET Approve the Flood Control District FY 2013 Budget in the amount of $84,124,369 total appropriation for each fund and function class for the Flood Control District. This amount represents a decrease of $899,562 from the Tentative Adopted budget of $85,023,931. Also, pursuant to A.R.S. 48-3620 certify to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors this Budget as adopted, and pursuant to A.R.S. 48-252, submit a copy of the Flood Control District’s FY 2013 Final Budget to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the Maricopa County Treasurer. On December 12, 2011 the Board of Directors approved the policy guidelines that the District used to prepare and submit its budget. The budget request has been extensively reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In coordination with the County Manager, the Flood Control District FY 20132 Tentative Budget was presented to the Board of Directors and adopted on May 21, 2012. (C-49-12-084-2-00)
