S-2. PUBLIC HEARING ON THE STADIUM DISTRICT FY 2013 TENTATIVE BUDGET Pursuant to A.R.S. §48-4232, convene a public hearing to hear taxpayers who may wish to comment on the Stadium District FY 2013 Tentative Budget which was adopted May 21, 2012 and on any proposed changes. There have been no changes from the Tentative Budget of $10,285,335. On December 12, 2011, the Board of Directors approved the policy guidelines that the District used to prepare and submit its budget. The budget request has been extensively reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In coordination with the Executive Director, the Stadium District FY 2013 Tentative Budget was presented to the Board of Directors and adopted on May 21, 2012. (C-49-12-089-M-00)
