I-2. PUBLIC HEARING ON COUNTY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS FY 2013 BUDGETS Pursuant to A.R.S. § §48-954 and 42-17104 , convene a Public Hearing to receive public comment on the FY 2013 Tentative Budgets (which were adopted on May 21, 2012), any proposed changes to those Tentative budgets, and on the proposed tax levies. The FY 2013 County Improvement District Budget Schedules are entitled “District Assessment of Special Districts” and “Street Lighting Improvement District Levies.” The “Direct Assessment of Special Districts” and “Street Lighting Improvement District Levies” budgets have been submitted by the Department of Finance. The Board of Supervisors tentatively adopted the budgets on May 21, 2012. This package includes the addition of the newly created Arroyo Norte Unit 4 Street Lighting Improvement District which was not part of the FY 2013 Tentative Budget. The estimated tax levy for this new Street Lighting Improvement District is $4,476 and the estimated budget is $3,357. (C-49-12-091-M-00)
