I-1. ADOPTION OF THE OTHER SPECIAL DISTRICTS FY 2013 BUDGETS Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 48-954 and 42-17105, adopt the Fiscal Year 2013 Budgets for the County Improvement Districts per the FY 2013 Budget Schedules entitled “Direct Assessment Special Districts” and “Street Lighting Improvement Districts.” The attached “Direct Assessment Special Districts” and “Street Lighting Improvement Districts” schedules have been submitted by the Department of Finance. The tentative budgets were adopted on May 21, 2012. (C-49-12-092-2-00)
