40. AMEND THE FY 2012-13 SCHEDULE OF PREMIUM PAY RATES Amend the FY 2012-13 Schedule of Premium Pay Rates applicable to all employees paid through the Maricopa County payroll system to begin July 23, 2012. This schedule was originally approved by the Board on July 25, 2012 (C-49-12-102-6-00). Employee Compensation recommends increasing the Correctional Health Care Day Off Differential for Mental Health Professional, Nurse Practitioners/Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician ’ s Assistant - Psych's, Physicians, Psychiatrists, and Psychologist. This action is consistent with the Maricopa County Compensation Plan (B7000), Multilingual Pay Policy (B7005), and Pay Differentials Policy (B7004). (C-49-12-102-6-01)
