27. HR1512 - SOLICITATION POLICY Approve edits to Policy HR1512 - Prohibition Against Unauthorized Solicitations, and Unauthorized Posting or Distribution of Literature. The changes clarify what constitutes an authorized solicitation, removes access to County resources for solicitations by employee groups, define Board or Elected Official Sponsored Programs, and outlines the approved use of solicitations in County break rooms.
