28. A1515 – ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS BY COUNTY EMPLOYEES IS PROHIBITED Approve the attached changes to A1515 – Acceptance of Gifts by County Employees is Prohibited. The proposed changes do the following: change the name of the policy to Ethics-External Relationships and Acceptance of Gifts Prohibited; more clearly outline the County’s expectations regarding what is and is not proper for employees to receive from vendors and businesses; to clearly outline appropriate behavior by County employees relating to businesses generally; and to outline the structure for County employees to report any violations of the policy.
