27. HR2422 – SECONDARY EMPLOYMENT Approve the attached policy HR2422 – Secondary Employment. This new policy seeks to provide direction regarding activities outside County employment that may have a conflict of interest or appearance of impropriety relating to an employee’s County employment. 35. MARICOPA COUNTY SECONDARY EMPLOYMENT POLICY (HR2422) REVISION Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Secondary Employment Policy (HR2422) effective September 19, 2018.
