APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT In accordance with A.R.S § 42-17106 (b), approve the transfer of expenditure authority from Justice Courts (240) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) to the Public Defense System: Public Defender (520) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) in the amount of $5,702; Legal Defender (540) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) in the amount of $5,940; Legal Advocate (550) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) in the amount of $3,113; Office of Contract Counsel (560) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) in the amount of $13,389; Public Advocate (570) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) in the amount of $10,846; for a total of $38,990. Also, authorize adjustments to FY 2014 budget targets to annualize this change. This appropriation adjustment will fund the change in pay associated with adjustments to individuals within the Justice System Clerk Market Range. (C-49-13-055-2-00)
