49. ACCEPT REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS FOR HEALTH PLAN BENEFITS PAID BY THE MARICOPA MANAGED CARE SYSTEMS Accept monetary reimbursement check in the amount of $1,000.00 from Trinity Universal Insurance Company for health care benefits paid by Maricopa Managed Care Systems and deposit it into the General Fund. Maricopa Managed Care Systems provided health benefits to indigent residents until 2005. Benefits were provided on behalf of a minor who was injured by a third party. This money comes from a case settlement for benefits that were paid out from a date of injury dating back to July 2003. (C-49-13-074-M-00)
