69. RESCIND POLICY A2007- POLICY FOR INTERNAL INFORMATION REQUESTS Rescind Policy A2007, Policy for Internal Information Requests. Policy A2007, originally approved in March 2009, was implemented to track and allocate associated costs of information requests between County entities. Since its inception, Policy A2007 has become more procedural in execution and no longer requires compliance enforcement. Additionally, Policy A2007 requires frequent waiver requests to the County Manager’s office to eliminate the transfer of costs to the department making the request. (C-49-14-001-6-00)

70. AMENDMENT TO POLICY B1001, BUDGETING FOR RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITY POLICY Approve amendment to Policy B1001, Budgeting for Results Accountability Policy. The amended policy will no longer reference Policy A2007, Policy for Internal Information Requests. Section D.15, which required that costs exceeding $1,000 to fulfill a records request from one department to another be charged to the budget of the requesting department, was removed. This amendment has been made to maintain consistency as rescission of A2007 has been requested (C-49-14-001-6-00). Prior amendments to Policy B1001 include items C-49-09-067-2-00 and C-49-08-001-6-00. (C-49-12-012-6-01)
