MARICOPA COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS PLAN INJURY STANDARDS AND EXCLUSIONS POLICY (HR2433) REVISIONS Approve the revisions to the Maricopa County Public Safety Supplemental Benefits Plan Injury Standards and Exclusions Policy (HR2433) effective March 11, 2020. These revisions rearrange policy language for consistency with A.R.S. § 38-961, the County’s current policy format, and greater clarity. This Policy applies to all Maricopa County Public Safety Employees as defined in A.R.S. § 38-961. This policy was originally approved by the Board on November 20, 2013 (C-49-14-023-6-00) and subsequently approved on July 30, 2014 (C-49-14-023-6-01). (C-31-20-041-6-00)
