A-4. RELEASE AND CLOSE SETTLED MEDICAL LIENS FROM LONG-TERM CARE PROGRAMS Approve and ratify all settlements authorized by AHCCCS or its representatives on behalf of Maricopa County from 2005 until present in connection with liens filed or medical expenses incurred by the County in relation to the long-term care program; authorize the Deputy County Manager for the Office of Management and Budget or her designee to sign and record lien releases pursuant to A.R.S. 11-480 for all such settlements, as well as any settlements relating to the long-term care programs that were previously approved by the Board of Supervisors or that were paid in full.
