A-7. RELEASE AND CLOSE OF MEDICAL LIENS FROM LONG-TERM CARE PROGRAMS IN WHICH NO LIENS WERE RECORDED OR IN WHICH RECORDED LIENS HAVE A STATED VALUE OF $5,000 OR LESS Authorize the Deputy County Manager over the Office of Management and Budget or her designee to close all files and cease tracking any claims relating to medical expenses incurred by the County in connection with the long-term care programs in which no liens were recorded or in which recorded liens have a stated value of $5,000 or less, and to sign and record any necessary lien releases.
