RELEASE AND REVIEW OF MEDICAL LIENS FROM LONG-TERM CARE PROGRAMS - DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO RELEASE AND CLOSE Authorize a delegation of authority to the Deputy County Manager over the Office of Management and Budget, with review and concurrence by the assigned Deputy County Attorney of MCAO-Civil Services Division, to close any files and record lien releases for any claims from the long-term care programs that are deemed jointly by those agencies to be legally or financially uncollectable.
