A-6. RELEASE AND REVIEW OF MEDICAL LIENS FROM LONG-TERM CARE PROGRAMS - DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO COMPROMISE NOT TO EXCEED $50,000 Authorize a delegation of authority to the Deputy County Manager over the Office of Management and Budget, with review and concurrence by the assigned Deputy County Attorney of MCAO-Civil Services Division, to compromise any lien rights associated with the long-term care programs without further Board authorization so long as the amount of the compromise does not exceed $50,000. The Office of Management and Budget will provide a quarterly report to the Board of Supervisors reflecting all claims closed, collected or compromised pursuant to this authority. (C-49-14-027-M-00)
