A-5. AMEND THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY LANGUAGE INCLUDED IN THE FY 2014 ADOPTED BUDGET MOTION Amend the Executive Summary language included in the FY 2014 Adopted Budget motion as follows: If Elected Official or Judicial departments exceed their budget due to not achieving budgeted salary savings or for costs associated with contracted personnel services , they may ask for one-time, non-recurring contingency during FY 2014.
