42. APPORTIONMENT OF NATIONAL FOREST FEES Pursuant to Public Law 112-141 (part of HR 527 Helium Stewardship Act) and A.R.S. § 11-497, approve the apportionment of $464,417.48 of National Forest Fees for FY 2013-14. The County Treasurer’s Office has on deposit National Forest Fees for FY 2013-14 in the amount of $464,417.48. The total apportionment is $504,801.61 with $40,384.13 being for Title II. The $464,417.48 represents Maricopa County’s share of the National Forest Fees apportionment. These fees will be allocated as described below: Emergency Management Department (151) Emergency Management Fund (215): $35,336.12 Transportation (640) Transportation Fund (232): $4,290.81 Non Department (470) General Fund (100) Education Activity (GGED): $424,790.55 The Funds set aside in Non Departmental will be dedicated to School Funding purposes yet to be determined. The Emergency Management Department will receive $35,336.12 The Transportation Department will receive $4,290.81. (C-49-15-011-G-00)
