A-4. ONE TIME CONTINGENCY REQUEST In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) Contingency (4711) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" by $4,439,242 and increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the line "Judgments" by $4,439,242 in FY 2015. Also direct the Department of Finance to issue payment according to the Court Order signed September 11, 2014 in Melendres v Maricopa County CV-07-02513-PHX-GMS. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Approval of this action will allow the Finance Department to issue payment according to the Court Order issued in Melendres v Maricopa County CV-07-02513-PHX-GMS. (C-49-15-016-2-00)
