53. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO FIVE-YEAR TECHNOLOGY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM In accordance with A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), authorize the following administrative correction to the FY 2015 Non Departmental (470) Budget: a) Decrease the Non Departmental (470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) Project Reserve (PRSA) by $270,052 from $9,227,552 to $8,957,500. This funding was reserved for the Treasurer Technology System Upgrade project. b) Increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (470) Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring/Non Project (0001) in the amount of $270,052. This is a technical correction for Board Agenda item C-49-15-020-2-00 that was approved on December 10, 2014. The FY2015 project budget for the Treasurer Technology System Upgrade (TTSU) was increased by a total of $270,052, the decrease was taken from the Non Departmental (470) Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring/Non Project (0001) but it should have come from the Non Departmental (470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) Project Reserve (PRSA). This Agenda Item corrects the total amount remaining in Project Reserve (PRSA). (C-49-15-020-2-01)
