S-1. MARICOPA COUNTY STADIUM DISTRICT FY 2016 BUDGETING FOR RESULTS GUIDELINES AND PRIORITIES Approve the "Maricopa County Stadium District FY 2016 Budgeting for Results Guidelines and Priorities." The purpose of these guidelines and priorities is to provide direction from the Board of Directors to the County Manager, Office of Management and Budget and the Stadium District so that they can develop a sustainable, structurally-balanced budget that achieves, within available resources, the County’s mission and strategic goals as set forth in the Maricopa County Strategic Plan.
