AMEND TECHNOLOGY POLICY - PHYSICAL ACCESS AND SECURITY OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION Amend Technology Policy, Physical Access and Security of Confidential Information - A2239 - adopted by Maricopa County's Board of Supervisors on 12/10/2014 (C-49-15-029-6-00). The proposed changes were needed to update definitions and clarify intent of previously undefined terminology. The Office of Enterprise Technology has also expanded the policy to include employees’ remote workstations - to maintain security and privacy, as many departments have adopted a hybrid work model. These proposed modifications better articulate expectations of departments to develop, adopt, and adhere to formal, documented, physical, and environmental protection procedures. (C-49-15-029-6-01)
