47. CONTINGENCY DOLLARS FOR ATTORNEY FEES IN GRAVES V ARPAIO In accordance with A.R.S §42-17106(B), a) Decrease the FY 2015 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (470) Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) Contingency (4711) in the line "Unreserved Contingency " by $369,250, and b) Increase the FY 2015 expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (470) Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) appropriation in the line “Graves vs. Arpaio” by $369,250. c) Also authorize the Department of Finance to issue payment according to the Court Order signed March 4, 2015 in Graves v Arpaio CV-77-00479-PHX-NVW in the amount of $700,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Approval of this action will allow the Finance department to issue payment according to the Court Order issued in Graves v Arpaio, CV-77-00479-PHX-NVW. (C-49-15-040-2-00)
