3. SET A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MARICOPA COUNTY FY 2016 BUDGET AND ON THE TRUTH IN TAXATION NOTICE OF TAX INCREASE AND SET A SPECIAL MEETING Set a public hearing pursuant to A . R . S . § 42-17103 and 42-17107, for June 22, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in the Supervisors Conference Room, 301 W. Jefferson, 10th floor, Phoenix, Arizona, to receive public comment on the FY 2016 Tentative Budget as adopted, on any proposed changes to that Tentative Budget and on the proposed tax levy. Also, pursuant to A . R . S . § 42-17103, 42-17104, 42-17105 and 42-17107, set a Special Meeting for June 22, 2015, immediately following the public hearing, at the Supervisors Conference Room 301 W. Jefferson, 10th floor, Phoenix Arizona to adopt the Final Budget for FY 2016. Also, pursuant to A . R . S . § 42-17103, 42-17107 and 42-17151, provide notice that the Board of Supervisors will meet in the Supervisors Conference Room, 10th Floor, 301 W. Jefferson St. Phoenix, AZ at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 17, 2015 for the purpose of making tax levies as set forth in the estimate of amounts required to meet the public expense for the ensuing year and to fix and determine the required primary and secondary tax rates.
